What is Nation One TV?

Nation One TV is a live streaming television network that allows you to enjoy unlimited live TV wherever you are.

What's the best platform to use Nation One TV?

The official Android APK/app is by far the best experience to be used on Amazon Fire Stick and Android devices.

Do I need XFINITY, AT&T, OR fiber internet service to access Nation One TV??

Yes, you need to have a high-speed Internet provider with at minimum 100-150+mbps Internet speeds in case other devices are also pulling from the same Internet connection.

Do I need a Virtual Private Network (VPN)?

A VPN is not required nor suggested. We have found that using a VPN may cause service buffering especially for subscribers with slower Internet speeds, but a VPN is ultimately up to the device owner.

Can I record my favorite shows?

No, our service currently doesn’t offer a DVR recording feature to record your favorite shows.

How long does it take to receive my free trial or service?

After purchasing a service plan, you will receive an email with a username and password that allows you to access NATION ONE TV. This is typically same day unless you order after 10 PM EST.

While you wait, be sure to install NATION ONE TV on your Amazon firesticks, set-top box, smart phones or Android devices from the installation instructions provided on our website.

What is your refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS 
We strive to be transparent about our service, which is why we offer a 24-hour free trial. However, if you are unhappy with our service after subscribing to any of our packages, you may cancel your NATION ONE TV service plan at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your service billing period/month.
We do not provide refunds for any partial-services. If you cancel your service plan, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period/month for the service plan you purchased.

Can you guarantee that all channels will work?

While we strive to maintain the best service possible, some channels may be unavailable due to technical issues or maintenance. Some channels will not work. Also, the channel lineup may be changed/modified without prior notice.

Are there ever service issues with Nation One TV?

NATION ONE TV has a 95% service rating of up time, however like any other service, sometimes there needs to be some updates, maintenance, or technical repairs performed.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Please note that our prices are quoted in USD. Please remit all payments in US dollars.

Will Nation One TV work in my country?

YES! The NATION ONE TV service will work anywhere and any place that has high speed Internet!

Is there a TV Guide?

YES! The NATION ONE TV service includes an Electronic Program Guide (EPG). You can refresh the EPG anytime. There are also other ways to find your favorite programs via SEARCH and FAVORITE CHANNELS functions.

Can I stream on more than one device?

YES! Simply choose a package that includes more than one TV/device. Note: you cannot simultaneously stream on multiple devices if you choose a single device package.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Commonly asked questions when using Nation One TV.

I entered my credentials, but my channels aren't loading.

Please check your username and password sent to you in your initial email. They are both case sensitive.

How do I install Nation One TV to my Android device?

  1. Open this webpage on your Android device (i.e. smartphone or tablet) via the mobile web browser: http://bit.ly/n1mobile
  2. Open and install the APK that downloads open and enter your username and password. There is no need to change any settings as the settings are already correctly configured in the app.

NOTE: You must have an active Nation One TV account.

I am receiving an "INVALID LOGIN" error message after entering my username and password.

Carefully try these steps:

  • Please make sure the correct NATION ONE TV apk/app is downloaded to your device using our installation instructions.
  • Please be sure to enter your username and password exactly how you receive it in your email. Both the username and password are case sensitive.
  • IMPORTANT: Your NATION ONE TV login will only work for 1 IP address at a time. If you attempt to pass your login information to another IP address, the service will lock you out indefinitely. You will be required to purchase another month service plan. You will not be refunded for the past service plan. You are not restricted from using the NATION ONE TV service at other IP addresses.

Why is my NATION ONE TV service buffering?

These following tips can reduce or even eliminate buffering:

  • We recommend your Internet speed to be at a minimum of 100+ Mbps in order to have the best experience with The NATION ONE TV service.
  • For multiple TV connections, computers, and cell phones you might want to consider upgrading to faster Internet speeds as well as extenders if you have separating walls and stairways.
  • Try updating your modem/router and ensure it is compatible with your Internet speeds.
  • Update or even reset your streaming device
  • Try refreshing your app channels.

What should I do if my channel freezes?

A quick fix for channel freezing is to simply leave out of the channel for a few seconds and go back into it.

How do I add a show to my favorites?

First, find the show you want to add to your favorites then click the home button on your firestick for a menu to appear and click the favorite button to add the show to your favorite list.

Where do I find the EPG/Guide?

To find the EPG/Guide, click on the Live TV option then double click the home button on your firestick for your EPG/Guide to show.

How do I find the other channels in a category?

Click on the category you want to view then click the up and down toggles on your firestick remote to browse or click on the right toggle to bring up all channels in that category.

Should I ever refresh my Firestick?

You should restart your Amazon firestick, set-top box or Android devices at least once a week to clear out the cache. In order to restart your firestick:

  1. Navigate to Settings > My Fire TV
  2. Select Restart from the drop down menu

Why is my service plan expiration date inaccurate?

Follow these instructions to correctly display your service plan date:

  1. Log out of your Nation One TV account: select the one person icon at the upper right-hand corner of the main page and select LOGOUT from the drop down menu.
  2. Log back into your account: re-enter your username and password.

Should I use wifi or ethernet?

All recommended streaming devices use wifi.

My device says it is low on space.

This is common if you have too many apps installed or too many programs recorded. Try deleting unused apps and previously watched shows/movies.

I can't seem to stream on more than one device.

You cannot simultaneously stream on multiple devices if you choose a single device package. You will need to purchase a package that includes multiple TVs/devices.
